A survey instrument that elevates student voice on school climate, teaching and learning, relationships, and belonging. By measuring student perceptions, the survey gathers feedback from students about their classroom experiences. Decades of research have shown that student perceptions strongly correlate with learning outcomes and can be an important improvement tool for schools.
The feedback survey is administered up to three (3) times a year (Fall, Winter, Spring) in grades 3-12. Participation in the survey is always optional and is never a part of any academic grade or participation requirement. All data within the early warning system complies with all student data protection laws and the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Elementary
There are 32 questions on the survey and it is estimated that it will take approximately 11 minutes to complete.
* Feedback surveys are not administered in grades K-2
Secondary
There are 34 questions on the survey and it is estimated that it will take approximately 12 minutes to complete.
